Learn how macarons are made! Macarons are sweet meringue-based confections made with egg whites, sugars and almond flour. Two brightly colored rounded disks form a sandwich filled with buttercream, ganache or jams. They are piped in a petit four size (one to two bites). And chocolate makes them even BETTER!
