It takes a small army to get set up for Open House. Helping out has perks!
Open House Set-Up:
-You'll receive an entry ticket that indicates one of the first two groups to be allowed into the distribution center Saturday. The time could be 9:00 am or 9:30 am.
-Volunteers must arrive at designated set-up start time and check in. Do not enter the building prior to Lisa or Beth arriving.
-Volunteers are expected to stay until set-up is complete, and work the entire time to receive early entry to Open House. This includes unloading inventory, carrying inventory into the distribution center, and sorting items. The only exception to this is if you are pregnant and not able to carry items.
-Set-Up is intended to be adults only. Please find someone to watch your children at home. If you must bring them with you, they are YOUR responsibility, must remain with you the entire time and not hinder your ability to participate in set-up.
-Volunteers must check-out prior to leaving.
