Fundamentals of Acro/Partner yoga
In this class Danielle and Matt will take you through basic acro poses and teach you the fundamental technique's to build your practice on. The class will consist of yoga-based warmup, partner stretching, core strengthening, counterbalances and basic partner poses to building your trust and communication with others. We will break down this partner-based practice (base and flyer) by teaching you how to safely transition from one post to another.
You don’t need a partner to attend this sessions as we will find you a friend to work with during the class. Great for those with little or no experience. Come play.
