In honor of the 2017 Swift Mile Street Festival, NKCNow Group and Northland Festivals close out your summer with a showcase of your favorite little food and craftbrew hub in Kansas City!
Come to North Kansas City to enjoy food and drink specials along our famous Pint Path. From tacos, noodles, and cheap domestic drafts, handcrafted kolsches and IPAs, to taprooms, dives and BBQ, there's a little something for every taste. And for one day only, visit the 2nd Annual Swift Mile Street Festival (10AM-7PM that same day) for handmade and vintage goods from local vendors, live music and street games! The new NKCGo App brings all of the day's activities right to your fingertips!
With 1.5 miles and 30 points of interest, hop on your bike so you can cover the most ground as you travel among the Pint Path city states of Armourville, Clay Corners, Southtowne and The Swift Mile.
The first 200 people that visit all four hubs, and check off 2 scavenger challenges at each (between the hours of Noon to 5PM) get to take home our 2017 Commemorative Pint Glass. Ah, sweet victory!!!
But the fun doesn't stop there-- the app will help you track your progress, tell you more about the vendors and public art installed along the Swift Mile, point you towards free concert offerings around town, and offer mini-games to earn you special badges that are redeemable for goodies on your next trip to NKC!
Need to rest and recover with a whole meal of food? This year along the Pint Path, we will have multiple prix-fixe meal options, paired with beer and cocktails.

There's a lot of ground to cover, so make sure to check out one of NKC's newly-installed BikeWalkKC B-Cycle bikes for the day, and return it anywhere in the metro area you find B-Cycle bikes!
If you miss out-- no worries, you can B.Y.O.B(ike) to the event as well. Organized rides into NKC will be coming in the day of the festival, so check out our Facebook page for more info on joining up! Drive it down, ride it down, decorate it with flaming skulls and chains-- just make sure to be here on Saturday, September 9th, armed with the new NKCGo app!
And however you get here, plan on sticking around town for the long haul...as there is so much to see and do!
