Throughout this event you will learn the art of cooking mindfully and what breathing practices may help you achieve a present state of mind, followed by a food demonstration and soup tasting.
Participants will enjoy small plates and learn how to be conscious of all the senses that food ignites including smell, taste and texture. All food and drinks are included with registration.
