Yoga4Runners is an all levels yoga class utilizing yoga poses to aid in race prep and post run recovery. The sequences are designed to increase agility, muscular strength, endurance and flexibility. This class is suitable for all levels of yoga and running experience.
Note ~ This is a special event class that I would like to see grow into a regular class on my fall schedule based on the demand. We will begin with a bi-weekly test on Monday evenings at 6:00 PM.
