Class Name: TEAM FITNESS
Class Description: A combination of cardio and plyometric exercises as two teams run against each other in a drill-like fashion doing various exercises, such as sprints, body squats, jump rope, etc.
If you are planning to attend, be sure to register in advance on the Eventbrite link (click Tickets Available) and complete the waiver. You will NOT be able to participate without a completed electronic waiver.
