This 90 minute class of basic partner yoga poses covers solar acrobatic practices and lunar healing arts. Our instructors will take you through a yoga-based warmup, partner stretching to improve flexibility and stability, and the core poses you need to build a practice. Partner yoga will help you build trust and communication, overcome fears and introduce you to an exciting new subculture within the yoga community.
It is a partner-based practice (base and flyer), however you don’t need a partner to attend these sessions as we will find you a friend to work with during the class. Great for those with little or no experience.
