◊ Cajun Tuna- spicy shrimp mix topped with blacked tuna and sweet chili sauce.
◊ Alaskan roll- crab mix, asparagus topped with smoked salmon, garlic aioli, and jalapeno.
◊ Hamachi jalapeño sashimi- Hamachi, cilantro, jalapeño, ponzu.
