Shawnee Parks & Recreation is excited to bring you PARKED! Join us at Stump Park for Food Trucks, Music, Fireworks, Youth Cyclocross, bounce houses, and fun for the whole family! Bring your blankets and lawn chairs, Retroactive will be rocking the stage with special performances by Mad Science and National TaeKwon-Do!

The beer garden will be sponsored by The Other Place Shawnee! They will be serving Beer & Wine in our beer garden!

Fireworks are at 9:30pm and presented by: Bratton Bros Contracting, Weaver's Auto Center Inc, and W. Vielhauer Plumbing.

Please keep in mind:
— Event parking is limited, so please consider carpooling, walking or bicycling.

— A shuttle service will be avaialble to and from Mill Valley High School and Riverview Elementary. The shuttle will run beginning at 5:30pm

— Most food trucks accept debit/credit cards, but cash is appreciated (and probably the fastest option).

— There will be a seating area with tables & chairs, but picnic blankets and portable chairs are welcome and encouraged!

— Service dogs are allowed for those with disabilities. No other pets, please.

— Stump Park has limited restrooms, but portable toilets will also be available.

— No outside alcohol, please. The Other Place Shawnee has you covered!

— Entry to the event is completely free and no tickets are required! Any food and drink purchases will be at your own expense, but feel free to enjoy the all the entertainment free of charge!

We are expecting a large turnout. We are very excited to spend an evening in the park with you! Please understand that there may be long lines and you may have to wait to recieve food. Bring along your family and friends to help keep you entertained!
