Join us for this Spring Solstice inspired «Yoga Sleep» class! Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that explores the various sheaths of our being: the physical body, breath, emotions, intellect, intuition and connection to a higher self. Yoga Nidra is practiced in a supported sitting, reclining position or lying down and induces full-body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness. It is a nurturing practice and can be ideal for those suffering from chronic pain, illness, grief or stress.

Attire and Props: Come dressed in comfortable clothes appropriate for sitting or lying. It is also helpful to bring the following: Yoga Mat, small pillow and/or large towel to rest your head on, small blanket that covers you from shoulder to toes (limited supply available at the studio). Hydration Encouraged!
